In the app.
The fastest path:
- Open Brewmie.
- Setup → Privacy.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm.
Your synced shots, gear setup, display name, and account record are erased from our servers within 7 days. Local copies on your device are wiped immediately.
By email.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account. Subject line: "Delete my Brewmie account." We process the request within 7 days and reply when it's done.
What gets deleted.
Your account row, your shots, your gear and bean profiles, your display name, and any sync data. All of it.
What stays.
Anonymous shot data you contributed to the public algorithm (grind, yield, time, taste, no names or device IDs) stays in the aggregate dataset. You can opt out of new contributions any time in Setup → Privacy. Existing anonymous contributions can't be re-identified to you, so there's nothing to delete.
Premium purchases.
App Store and Play Store handle refund requests inside their own systems. Deleting your Brewmie account does not refund your Premium purchase. If you reinstall later and sign in with the same Apple/Google account, your Premium entitlement is restored.
