My recommendation feels off.

Brewmie improves with each shot you log. Rate the taste honestly. Within 10 to 20 shots, the algorithm tunes to your kitchen. If a single recommendation seems wrong, tap it for the reasoning underneath.

I lost my shots after reinstalling.

Shots live on your device by default. Reinstalling wipes them unless you signed in. Signed-in users get an automatic restore on the next sign-in.

My grinder isn't in the list.

Email us the make and model. We add new grinders weekly. In the meantime, pick the closest match or use a generic preset; the algorithm adapts either way.

Premium and refunds.

Brewmie Premium is a one-time purchase. Apple and Google handle refunds inside their own systems. iOS users open reportaproblem.apple.com; Play users tap "Purchase history" in the Play Store app.
